A total of 2 hrs of technique training in the Harrison Antigravity Hammocks that will have you flying solo in no time!!
A great way to start your AntiGravity journey, you will be guided through the basics of the practice in a safe and supportive environment. Variations of poses and progressions will be offered as you become stronger and more confident with the practice. Open to all students with a reasonable degree of strength and fitness.
- The Studio requires all clients to attend Beginners classes 'Session 1 & 2' before attending regular classes or the 90 minute workshop every 2nd Saturday.
- Session 1 is a 50 minute class running Tuesday's at 5:30pm.
- Session 2 is a 50 minute class running Wednesday's at 6:30pm
- Workshop (session 1 & 2 combined) is every 2nd Saturday from 11:30am - 1:00pm.
