WHAT IS ANTIGRAVITY®?
AntiGravity® often referred to as "Aerial Yoga", originated in New York and is now practised in several countries. AntiGravity® combines traditional yoga poses, pilates and dance with the use of a suspended hammock. The hammock allows you to get a deeper stretch and engages your muscles more as your body works that little bit harder to stabilize against gravity. An AnitGravity® workout becomes a beautiful and challenging session that has positive effects on both mind and body.

The Beginners Bundle is a great way to start your AntiGravity® journey - A 60 minute program that introduces you to the concept of AntiGravity® and guides you through the basics of the practice in a safe and supportive environment. You will meet our expert coaches and get a feel for the workout, what you learn in the Beginners Bundle will help guide you through your future workouts as your skills progress. From there you can join any of our AntiGravity® classes over the next four weeks. Without getting too 'salesy' this represents great value at over 50% off.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF ANTIGRAVITY®?
Greater Flexibility. With the increase in freedom of movement, your body is able to move your body into new positions offering in a deeper and more fulfilling stretch than traditional yoga.
Better Focus. In the hammock, you will notice an increase in awareness of your body's movement as aerial yoga forces you to be more alert. This 'in the moment' sensation decreases mind chatter and allows you to focus on the task at hand resulting in a fulfilling and distraction free workout.
