We created the Beginners Workshop with those questions in mind, an opportunity for you to experience AntiGravity®, learn what it is, get a feel for it and see if it's right for you... So, let's begin!
WHAT IS ANTIGRAVITY®?
AntiGravity® often referred to as "Aerial Yoga", originated in New York and is now practised in several countries. AntiGravity® combines traditional yoga poses, pilates and dance with the use of a suspended hammock. The hammock allows you to get a deeper stretch and engages your muscles more as your body works that little bit harder to stabilize against gravity. An AnitGravity® workout becomes a beautiful and challenging session that has positive effects on both mind and body.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THE BEGINNERS WORKSHOP?
The Beginners Workshop is a short and sweet 60-minute introduction to AntiGravity® / Aerial Yoga. The program is designed to introduce you to the concept as well as guiding you through the basics of the practice in a safe and supportive environment while being mentored by one of our expert coaches.
