AntiGravity® AIRBarre

Christopher Harrison, the award-winning choreographer who brought the aerial arts to Broadway, is proud to announce AntiGravity® AIRbarre!  This extensive aerial dance conditioning program is the newest aerial fitness technique to come out of AntiGravity® Fitness, the Originators of the Suspension Fitness and Aerial Yoga genres.  Harrison was assisted in the creation of this exciting new program by Certified AntiGravity Master Instructor Trainer, Lorianne Major.

Whether you are a fitness enthusiast eager to try new forms, a dancer who wants to explore the air, or an aerialist who wants to work on lovely lines, AntiGravity® AIRbarre will get you up and flying!

AntiGravity® Pilates

AntiGravity® Pilates is the newest suspension training program from AntiGravity® Fitness, creators of the revolutionary program AntiGravity® Yoga.  This certified technique allows practitioners to perform Classical and Contemporary Pilates exercises from the Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, and Ladder Barrel - all on the AntiGravity® Hammock!  This training will take your core-strengthening and targeted muscle conditioning to new heights.  Explore the amazing benefits that can be derived by training your clients in the Pilates Method on the AntiGravity® Hammock in combination with AntiGravity's Zero-Compression Inversions.  AntiGravity® Pilates builds on the foundations laid by AntiGravity® Fundamentals and a Pilates Mat Certification, expanding your understanding of the Method to a whole new level.  Those with experience on the Pilates Machines will especially appreciate the versatility of the AntiGravity Hammock!
